VISTA Safety is building a national network of responders and public-safety professionals who want to stay informed and help shape the conversation.

updates on petitions, standards, and proposed safety changes.

opportunities to provide input; since events that don't go as planned, are vital learning lessons.

requests for real-world responder experience when it can strengthen an issue.

practical explanations of emerging vehicle technologies and their implications for emergency response.

 

There may also be times when the responder community must speak with one unified voice. One of our core goals is to make the invisible visible.

 

This is not solely about the vehicle or the first responder, it concerns everyone who is not wearing respiratory or protective gear at the scene, as well as those present afterward, when the vehicle may continue emitting toxins and remain at risk of reignition for up to three months.

When those moments come, we want the people closest to the problem to know what is happening, why it matters, and how they can participate.
